Yawara Ju-Jutsu is a martial art, which differs form other martial arts in various ways, like:
- the complete integration of pressure points
- the short, efficient and practical techniques
- the extremely painful techniques
- the use of open hands
- the use of take-downs, but hardly any throws
- the extended wapen program
Yawara Ju-Jutsu has been developed in battle. It’s only purpose is to eleminate the opponent. Except that Yawara Ju-Jutsu is greatly suited for self defence, it’s also a great art to practice. The whole body will become stronger and more flexible. It is a suitable system for both young and old practioners.
